I made some assumptions

Hey Reader,

i have an apology to make to you...

I've been banging on about 6 figure mindset and all the things multi six and seven figure earners do and don't do on based on two possibly incorrect assumptions...

1) that you know I mean to speak to those who aren't yet at 6 figures

and 2) you want to reach 6 figures.

So let's start with the first assumption.

Unfortunately for me and my not so clear messaging, I've had more messages than I would like asking if they can still join Do the Effing Work in spite of them not yet earing 6 figures. Womp womp. Looks like I girlbossed a little close to the sun on that one.

My reasoning for the messaging I have been putting out there is because of assumption number 2, that you want to hit six figures. Lots of people actually have other reasons for starting a business, like wanting to replace their previous salary (a big one for me), or only work school hours, or to be the only earner in the house. Or maybe it's to put their kids through uni, or to buy a car or a new fridge.

Whatever your motivation, I want to create a community that facilitates that growth. Giving you the time and space to take action.

We start on Monday. Do the Effing Work and see a complete change in how you get stuff done.

Speak soon,

Zx

Hey Reader, Welcome to Friday - we made it! In what is becoming a regular feature, in the last week I hit a big income milestone and I wanted to break it down for you so that you can see the volume that is needed when creating stuff people want to buy. I started this business with the thought that I would do done for you services if the project was exciting, and that is exactly how it has run to now. I rarely speak about this as I am almost always fully booked, but I set up leads tracking and...

Hey Reader, The wonderful thing about running an online service business is that there aren't really any rules. There are things that some people might say you can't do, like run a group programme for 4 people (I did this in 2020), or have a podcast that is private (helloooo 10ish) but usually they are saying that because they are parroting what someone else "higher up" than them has told them to do. I like being experimental and trying new things so that I can confidently say to my clients...

Hey Reader, Are you asking regularly for feedback? I know it can call to our very worst fears, wanting to know what people think. But in reality - it's going to enhance everything you do. I have rarely been asked for feedback in any of the things I have taken part in. Which is a shame as I think often it would have helped the course creator make things better. Example... For my experimental 100 reps from September to December 2023 I put together a coworking calendar which held space for 100...
