Hey Reader,
What's the old saying - there are no new ideas, just new ways to present them.
Innovation is a passion of mine and is represented in Do the Effing Work through the core value of change.
Problem with innovation is that it only works when you are moving forward. Innovation cannot happen in a static environment.
The core of Do the Effing Work is just that - do the work, reap the rewards.
What are the rewards?
It might be more time; maybe you want to work a 3 day week as you end 2024.
Maybe it is more money, with your 25% productivity leap you will be able to serve more clients and make more money.
Maybe it is a new skill. You'll use the time and the money to learn something new, and diversify your business.
Whatever you choose, if you do the work, you'll get the reward - and I don't just mean the patches you can collect (yes, real patches. I should really write an email about that...).
Innovation can only happen with action. And this community is all about action, at the pace you are able to take action at.
Unlike memberships where you pay for the privilege of watching 5 year old videos from people whose opinion once mattered, this will be the place where new is celebrated and testing things out is exciting.
This space is there for you.

Hey Reader, Welcome to Friday - we made it! I started this business with the thought that I would do done for you services if the project was exciting, and that is exactly how it has run to now. I rarely speak about this as I am almost always fully booked, but I set up leads tracking and...
Hey Reader, The wonderful thing about running an online service business is that there aren't really any rules. There are things that some people might say you can't do, like run a group programme for 4 people (I did this in 2020), or have a podcast that is private (helloooo 10ish) but usually they are saying that because they are parroting what someone else "higher up" than them has told them to do. I like being experimental and trying new things so that I can confidently say to my clients...
Hey Reader, Are you asking regularly for feedback? I know it can call to our very worst fears, wanting to know what people think. But in reality - it's going to enhance everything you do. I have rarely been asked for feedback in any of the things I have taken part in. Which is a shame as I think often it would have helped the course creator make things better. Example... For my experimental 100 reps from September to December 2023 I put together a coworking calendar which held space for 100...
