Hey Reader,
Last week on my retreat we had the space "safely uncomfortable" and I want to bring that to Do the Effing Work.
You see, getting uncomfortable is where the real growth happens.
And ultimately I want this community to be about growth.
In the kick off call on Monday I will be sharing my community guidelines, where the following is written:
It is of the utmost importance to me that these values are upheld so that when a member comes to the group with a vulnerable share, they are heard, helped and held. I have been in too many communities where the founder has been held to some weird standard and it has been hard to give feedback or note suggestions, or disagree with a view.
Having your own point of view is uncomfortable.
Being honest is uncomfortable.
Being different is uncomfortable.
I want to give you a safe space to get weird and uncomfy.
I want to shout NO THAT'S BS and want you to feel safe to do the same.
It's why I can offer my promise so explicitly - one focus; do the work, one result; a 25% productivity leap. Anything outside of this is redundant.
Join here. And I'll see you on the call on Monday.

Hey Reader, Welcome to Friday - we made it! I started this business with the thought that I would do done for you services if the project was exciting, and that is exactly how it has run to now. I rarely speak about this as I am almost always fully booked, but I set up leads tracking and...
Hey Reader, The wonderful thing about running an online service business is that there aren't really any rules. There are things that some people might say you can't do, like run a group programme for 4 people (I did this in 2020), or have a podcast that is private (helloooo 10ish) but usually they are saying that because they are parroting what someone else "higher up" than them has told them to do. I like being experimental and trying new things so that I can confidently say to my clients...
Hey Reader, Are you asking regularly for feedback? I know it can call to our very worst fears, wanting to know what people think. But in reality - it's going to enhance everything you do. I have rarely been asked for feedback in any of the things I have taken part in. Which is a shame as I think often it would have helped the course creator make things better. Example... For my experimental 100 reps from September to December 2023 I put together a coworking calendar which held space for 100...
