surviving on cheap coffee and pepperamis.

I'm well and truly in my Threads era.

Is this how it was on old school Twitter?

I've had 4 people follow me and DM me on IG this week to say they love my energy and that is all from Threads.

The most recent instance was me commenting to say that if you are at capacity until Q4 2026 that is a scaling problem. I had some pushback

"SOME OF US DON'T WANT TO SCALE!!!!!!!!! SOME OF US WANT TO KEEP 1:1 SMALL!!!!!!"

Where did I say that scaling means filling your diary more than a tub of pick and mix that you don't have to weigh?

Because if that was implied, I'm sorry Paula. It really wasn't what I meant.

The thing is you're really not that special. This phrase is something I always come back to, my brother Garth said it to me 8 years ago when I didn't want to get on video. But it applies here too.

I'm going to be so incredibly bold and say with love I am not waiting a year to work with anyone.

If you are booked out a year in advance there are 3 opportunities for scaling that mean you can get my dollar dollar faster that don't include working 15 hour days and surviving on cheap coffee and pepperamis.

Number one: the pricing problem

If you are constantly booked out and you're converting at 80% plus, you're underpricing yourself. This is not a bad thing, but it does mean you are undercharging and could be making more money from those that are gagging to work with you. Not in a mercenary way, but you are not elevating yourself as the utter BADDIE that you are and boo I need you to hold yourself in that esteem. You've been slogging for years - it's time to put your prices up.

Number two: the systems problem

"But I love the uniqueness of everything I do" Boo no. That is not how we roll. I'm going to need you to audit your process and see what can be automated so you can spend that time scaling the other offers you have. Or even creating new ones in your eco system to support those that arent a fit for that one to one offer. You are not replacing you. You are giving work to a computer that you don't need to be doing, things like sending reminders, creating diary invites, setting up calls and collecting info. Your genius deserves more.

Number three: the deliverables problem

When was the last time that you audited the deliverables? You're offering 30 - 90 days support because you feel like that's what gets people over the line but your last 15 clients havent taken you up on it. You include a kick off call but it is just you explaining what was in the welcome email. Make your offer lean - it frees you up to do more of the money making stuff that works.

If you want to keep 1:1 small and dainty fabulous I love that for you.

But I'm here saying I love you and I want you to make more money.

Here's how I can help you do that.

  1. Book Look How Good You're Doing - £500+VAT until the end of December. Done for you data audit and strategy where I guarantee to find opportunities to make £20k+ in the next 90 days. Or I refund you the payment you made to me. Click here to see what the craic is.
  2. Apply for an Oh Shit! Report - Freeeeeee. Answer 6 qs about your offers and I'll ive you a 5 minute review of what to focus on. This is based on your responses and not looking at your data - click here to redeem.

I'm here for you to have the best 2026 ever. That starts with you making decisions based on your own data - not what some guru who doesn't even know your business name suggests in a reel.

I speak too fast and I'm neurodivergent. "The thing you've been editing out is probably the thing the right people are waiting for." I started putting a slide at the beginning of my presentations that says exactly that. I speak too fast. I'm neurodivergent, for me that's ADHD and autism, which means I struggle to look at the camera, I need to read my notes, and once I get going I'm not stopping so try and keep up. If any of that's a problem, watch me on replay, I really won't be offended. I...

Three years, four million. I walked away and left all the proof behind. "The proof you can't package is still proof." I spent three years taking a business from just under a million to four million a year. I know exactly what I did. That was me. And I can't use any of it. I can't name it, I can't cite it, I can't reference it. I walked away from that situation and I left the proof behind. So when I started Falling Forwards I had this weird thing where I knew exactly what I was capable of and...

You know the version that lands on calls. That one isn't in your emails. "Who are you actually writing for?" You know that thing that happens in a call when someone asks you a question and you just... answer it? No build up, no thinking about how it's going to land, you just say the thing you actually think. And then they message you two days later and say "I've been thinking about that for weeks." That's the version of you that makes people buy. And it's almost never the version that makes...
