My risky experiment (and what it means for you)

Hey Reader,

Did you catch Alex Hormozi's massive webinar over the weekend? I didn't attend because honestly what he was doing is a tale as old as time (1. pour $$$$$$ into ads for a webinar, offer something free on the webinar, upsell to something else on the webinar), but it got me thinking about something that's been bugging me for ages.

We're constantly being sold other people's opinions - frameworks, strategies, "proven systems" - when most of the time we don't need another opinion. We just want to be told what to do and in what order, based on OUR business, not someone else's.

I'm currently running a big experiment: only marketing my signature offer until the end of the year. Honestly, the only place I've mentioned it is on Threads (and even there I've been pretty cagey about it).

Over the past 6 weeks, I've been doing market research calls to match what I offer with the clients I'm actually working with. It became crystal clear where I should focus my marketing efforts.

So I've refined my signature offer into 2 services (launching by end of week) and made a bold declaration: these will be the ONLY things available to book for the rest of the year.

They work together but stand alone too - so any calls I have will be about which one fits rather than you having to know exactly what you want upfront.

Everything I do marketing-wise for the rest of the year will focus on data analysis and sales tracking.

Here's my brand manifesto: If you understand your data, you can tell your future.

I've said this for YEARS but haven't shouted it loud enough. You don't need more knowledge (unless it's highly specialized) - you need to understand what your business is screaming at you so you can make confident decisions about your future.

Service 1: Done-for-you sales tracking setup - I'll get it all sorted.

Service 2: Same-day data deep dive - I help you understand what your numbers are actually telling you.

Both are 100% human-delivered because even though I love ChatGPT, it's not skilled enough for this work yet. I'm combining my pattern-spotting obsession with making sure you understand YOUR business without trying to shoehorn in someone else's limited experience.

So instead of buying another course or framework built on someone else's wins and losses, what if you just understood what your own business is telling you? Your data doesn't lie, and it's already got all the answers you're looking for.

More details coming this week.

Let me know if you did watch the webinar because I am genuinely curious if it was just cultish noise or there were any new things to learn?
