Hey Reader,
I went to the Christmas markets in Switzerland, and I'll be honest I’ll probably be mentioning it until the end of the year. If festive markets aren’t your thing, well, maybe this email won’t be either…
But today, I want to tell you about something genius I saw, not just in Switzerland but in France too (twin-centre holiday alert, boo!).
In France, there were dogs everywhere. As a certified Dog Mom®, I was living my best life, oohing and ahhing at everything from chihuahuas in prams to golden retrievers belly-up in the middle of a market getting the rub of their life. It was pure joy.
I just freakin' love dogs ok.
The other thing I saw was so ingenious I can't believe that it hasn't been done before.
A dog poo bag dispenser just above the bin.
It’s such a simple idea. Loads of dogs = loads of mess. And instead of leaving it up to chance (or irresponsible dog owners), they removed the barrier entirely. No bags? No problem.
Compare that to the chaos of my own life. Once, Ben and I were out walking Reggie and my parents’ dog, Walter. Walter overachieved, and we ran out of bags. Cue Ben standing guard over the mess (like some kind of poop knight) while I sprinted home for reinforcements.
If there’d been a bag dispenser nearby the crisis would averted.
Here’s why I’m telling you this: too many business coaches leave you stranded, like a dog owner caught without a bag.
They tell you that the struggle is part of the journey. They make things harder than they need to be. They treat every obstacle like a test of your commitment.
And honestly? That’s nonsense.
The truth is, you can help your clients achieve great things without making them climb Everest first. You can make hard things doable. You can create tools, systems, and solutions that remove the barriers and clear the path for their success.
That’s what I’m all about.
If something was hard for me, I don’t want it to be hard for you too. I’m done with making things unnecessarily complicated just so it feels like people have “earned” their win.
So, think of me as your friendly poop bag dispenser. Here to make your journey less messy, and to clean up the chaos left behind by coaches who thought “struggle” was a business strategy.
You deserve better. And so do your clients.
